StartEngine investor update!

We're sorry it took so long! It's probably felt quiet on the TIKI front (more on our exciting progress below). It took longer than anticipated for everything to process through StartEngine. But here we are; we've finally received the official investor list. You're a TIKI shareholder! Welcome to the team! 🥳
We'll be sharing some paperwork around your stock ownership, common practice being a summary cap table. Expect it to take a month or so to get all the legal details buttoned up. As a heads up, we still have a few things left outstanding to sort through with StartEngine regarding their CCT (consolidated cap table) solution.Â

Perks!! The goal is to get them out in the next month. We've got samples of the clothing items on the way. If they pass our quality checks (no one likes itchy t-shirts that shrink), we'll share some photos. We will ship to the address provided via StartEngine.Â

Alright, now to the good stuff! Since closing our campaign at the end of November, we relocated to Nashville (read more) and have been nose the grindstone building, building, building! You can read about our 100-day plan here.Â
We're coming up on a MAJOR milestone in a few weeks, completion of TIKI's infrastructure! When we say infrastructure, we mean the underlying code that makes our vision possible. To use an old-school metaphor, you can think of it a bit like a railroad, and we've been hard at work building the network of rails. Once complete, we can start moving a whole hell of a lot of data 🚂.Â
We haven't just been coding. We've been working on cracking the B2B data insight marketplace for SMBs (read more). And, oh boy, do we have something exciting to show everyone! Give us a couple of weeks to get the materials ready, but 🤯, it elevated our perception of what's possible.Â
