Project Búzios —Feb '23 Update
"Never half-ass two things. Whole ass one." We're focused, working with customers, and shipping product. Hear about our strategy and check out January's accomplishments.
January Highlights
Shipped 1.0 of the TIKI SDK, with demo apps showcasing the tech and how to integrate it into iOS, Android, and Flutter apps —huge congrats to Ricardo.
Completed the build on the L0 Index service (a searchable index of the blockchain) —powers many of TIKI’s developer tools and backend APIs.
Added cross-service API keys and multi-project support to L0 Auth service.
Major updates to the developer console, including self-creation and management of projects, keys, and publishing identifiers —go live the week of 2/6.
SDK API version 1.1 spec’d out to improve time-to-implement based on feedback from first builds on the SDK.
Templated UX for Búzios use-case designed, reviewed with advisors, and ready for implementation (h/t Vignesh).
Published our DAO whitepaper on decentralizing marketplace governance. Follow Barry’s weekly blogs to keep apprised of the journey (it’s a very cool approach).
Onboarded 5 new OSS contributors! A big deal since prior to our recent concerted efforts (shout out Tim) to develop an OSS community, we averaged ~0 contributors. More contributors mean more eyes on the project, more code merged, and shipping product faster.
And to top off a hyper-productive month, Shane’s built out a major rev-up on our content strategy. In short, it builds on our early successes of driving inbound with a refreshed focus on our target audience. And yes, early success means we’ve signed up pilots because of YouTube videos. I refuse to spoil any more of it; you’re gonna have to watch the content roll —we dig more into the thinking on podcast episode 45:
